A PLEA FOR HELP

Can ANYBODY help me? Over the last few months I have been getting soooo many e-mails offering viagara. I "block sender" EVERY time and a few days later I get some more. They have changed the Name in the "from" box and I guess that is how it gets through. I DO NOT WANT ANY MORE E-MAILS about Viagara!!!!!!!
